Son to Ororo Munroe and Thor Odinson, aka Daniel Blake, sent away through interdimensional chaos caused by Galacta's attempt at trying to stop different villains. He was raised by his parents in a universe where theyw ere allowed to be normal, always a too boring life for him to appreciate it. Nevertheless, when he was old enough and his powers began to manifest, it was too hard for the dimension to hold itself, and he was released into the chaos that saw him born.

He lives in New York and works as a journalist and photographer.

Radi inherits the powers of both of his parents. He can control weather without limit, possesses natural control over electricity, air and water, and can fly. He also possesses superhuman attributes almost equal to those of his father. He can use his powers to manipulate plants and other elements in nature (such as metal), and possesses understanding of every language in nature, however, he doesn't speak them, if he communicates with someone they understand him, and viceversa. This is not limited to earth. He can also survive the pressure of space. He can access properties of the different elements, such as invisibility from air, speed from lightning, malleability from water, etc.
