(Just freeriding on husband’s Japanese book order. 😅)

Somehow I was surprised by how thick these volumes are, even though it’s comparable to the English editions.

Sadly there is no interior artwork (I knew that already), but look at these bunny motifs!

In hindsight, I got sucked into MDZS and afterwards Tumblr during a work lull. Once things picked back up it’s been hard to find the breathing room to check back in, much less savor the metas I love so much. But I’m trying! >_>

In the meantime, I’m getting close to the end of (the main story in) SVSSS. I finished a big N.K. Jemisin marathon, both rereads and books new to me. I just picked The Silmarillion back up and am hoping to ride that momentum into parts of the legendarium that I’ve never read. I’m overdue for a MDZS reread - trying to decide whether to pick up with Seven Seas vol. 2 where I left off, start over in English, or dive into the JP editions.

I tried to watch Rings of Power, but circumstances conspired to leave me languishing at the end of episode 2. Wish I’d been around and able to participate in discussion here. I’ve since been distracted by the shininess that is Dragon Prince season 4 (which I only discovered thanks to certain people’s “Aaravos you slut” posts here).
