Hello hello.

It just feels very unnatural to read that word.

It feels a weird combination and it does not help that some cultures have somehow even made this unspeakable word even worse by adding "je" to it (cough Dutch) ((I am Dutch) soepje is my number one verbal enemy and I'm confronted with her at least once a week.

Overall idk why I dislike the word so much.

I just do for some reason.

Honestly the whole experience is not that fun, I’m still trying to fully ~accept~ that there’s nothing I can do to change myself but my parents make that quite difficult, though I’m very open and excited about lgbt online and to my friends it’s more of the “ fake it till you make it” type deal ya know?

First Disney Movie? Little Mermaid. It came out the same year I was born, but I believe my parents waited until it came out on VHS to have me watch it... I do however, actually *remember* watching Toy Story in theatres as a kid, whereas I don’t recall Little Mermaid until I was older.

Favourite Disney Princess Movie (Besides BATB or It’s Remake)? Tangled. It’s a wonderfully sunny movie full of great songs, and Flynn is freaking awesome.

Favourite Disney Princess (Besides Princess Belle)? Kida! Wait why doesn’t she count oh yeah your movie wasn’t a musical sorry girl  Rapunzel. Artist-dreamer-optomist-with long hair? Yeah, I get you girl. You get your dream. Get it for both of us.

Favourite Non-Princess Disney Movie? Treasure Planet. Or maybe The Great Mouse Detective. Both are super under-rated and super fun!

Favourite Disney Song? “After Today” from A Goofy Movie. It never ceases to put a smile on my face! (If we’re going traditional Disney classics, then probs the Belle Reprise. Because the feels!)

Non-Disney Related Fandom? Harry Potter, Labyrinth (it occurs to me how many of my fandoms are Disney movies or TV shows)

One Random Fact About You? While everyone and their cousin knows I am obsessed with penguins, my other favorite animals include bats and giant anteaters. And griffins, except they’re mythological.

What’s your favourite moment from the BatB 2017 live action and why? I loved Evermore in its entirety (just, superb cinematic and symbolic moments there I could gush about for paragraphs) but also the bit where Belle asks what Beast is reading, and he gets all flustered and is like “No, it’s King Arthur! Swords and fighting and definitely not a love story!” Oh no wait, scratch that. Ultimate fangirl moment for me was when they put that “Do you think you could grow a beard?” line into the final bit of the movie. I smacked my husband on the leg like fifteen times squealing “YES YES YES they put it in, they put it in!!”

Who is your favourite Disney villain and why? Professor Padriac Ratigan. Not only is he voiced by the late, great Vincent Price, but he’s also animated by Glen Keane! And who doesn’t love a rat “mouse” based on Professor Moriarty?

What (if any) is your favourite piece of fan-media for BatB (original or 2017)? Can be fanvid, a song, a fanfic, etc.

My Question: Which BATB character do you identify with the most and why? Belle. I know it’s corny, but I always felt super out of place in school and I loved to read. I was always the girl who knew mythology and all these crazy cryptids, liked Disney way too much... But Belle likes who she is and doesn’t apologize. She owns it. And she’s freaking beautiful too, you know? (And it’s funny, but my husband acts a lot like Beast/Adam and it’s one of those cosmic-aligning weird soul mate things that I can’t even pretend isn’t for realzies. Thumbs up, universe, thumbs up.)

So I don’t think you can NEVER use retractable leashes, I just think that you should ONLY use retractable leashes. Most people don’t use retractable leashes correctly, using them with their dogs walking down busy streets which is completely irresponsible. The ones I’ve used before (I never use them now but that’s a personal choice), even when I’ve had them “locked” so they supposedly couldn’t extend, they unlocked and became retractable again, which was dangerous for my dog. They’re also known for causing injuries. Google retractable leash injuries, it’s quite horrific. I’ve had close friends and friends of friends injured by them which is one of the reasons I refuse to use them now. @6woofs uses retractable leashes and has never had a problem with them. I don’t hate retractable leashes and I don’t hate people that use them, nor will I judge them if their dog is safe when they use them, but I will not use them.

I can verify that they can cause really bad injuries if you’re not careful. We used to use retractable leashes a while ago, but about six or seven years ago, my mom got one wrapped around her legs and didn’t think before trying to reel it in. It ended up leaving really deep cuts on her legs which she actually got blood poisoning from and ended up needing to be hospitalized. If retractable leashes work for you, just be very careful since it only takes one slip in judgment to get badly injured from them.

I personally don’t like them/use them because I like to have the leash handle around my wrist while holding a little lower down with my hand which you can’t do with the retractables but I never knew that they could be that dangerous o.o I will just get a really long training leash thing for field fun instead.

That’s understandable I have seen alot of dogs on retractables and just running around never looked safe to me. Although I did walk one dog on a retractable and she just stayed next to me which I liked so a normal basic leash would have been alright in the situation anyway

☀ - Story about your day. haha um, I was at my brother's place till 1:30 this morning so I guess that's part of my day, we were playing Quelf which if you've never played, you need to! Best board game ever. But anyways, then I came home and slept, then my mom woke me up to watch the rose parade, then I got a "new years stocking" because my parents forgot about a few Christmas presents they'd gotten me then I played the Broadway dance wii game I got, then I took a nap, then I got up and filled out my passport stuff and ate dinner and took a shower and then I played sims and now I'm here! ta-da! The End!

☄ - I wish… I wish for a lot of things but I don't really feel like sharing them because then they won't come true. 

✍ - Story from your childhood. I'm thinking of this one because it was new years but for the 2000 new years my family had this big party at our house. Which is strange because my parents aren't really party people but at one point, we went outside and were shooting off fireworks, not like the cheapo ones, but real/illegal ones that our doctor friend had gotten from out of state, and I don't know why I remember this so vividly, but it's like I can visually see it happening, but my friend and I were fixing some parts on a snow man we'd made a few days earlier and her brother and another boy that was at the party snuck up on us and knocked the snowman down and we both just started freaking out and the boys got in trouble. Yeah, not a very interesting story, but it's what popped into my head. 

☹ - Biggest pet peeve? Adults talking down to me because they assume that I'm younger than I am. 

☆ - Have Tattoos? Nope.
