"HOWEVER things get kinda dangerous with running away and Kurapika, Gon and Killua decide to escape from the woods and head into some huge human city so that Illumi and Hisoka would lose their scents" (Yea, I made up a plot point lol ^^;;)

"Humans are aware of magical beasts existing in the world, but it is still very alarming to see them, especially in the middle of a giant city. So you can imagine there was a little bit of panic when they showed up running down the streets"

"Basically the hunter association was called to come take care of them, and when they were caught and explained their situation..."

"(Being the very understanding, wonderful corporation they are,) decided to let them stay with one of their hunters deep in the city as they wait for Illumi and Hisoka to forget about them."
