i find it weird when people get all huff and puff when someone HCs a character that may read 'more' as bi // pan // queer as gay.
like. i get not having the HC, i do, but these people should know that there are hundreds, if not thousands, of people who go through a similar timeline?
i'm 100% into men // masc people now, but i thought i was a lesbian, then omnisexual, then unlabeled, then bisexual before i thought i was a gay // achillean non-binary.
and i was definitely super attracted to women before. i'm just not now. shit changes, man.
so, unless it's shown otherwise ( canon ), let people hc Lance or Zuko as homosexual men. let people hc Amy or Astrid as lesbian women.
yes, in a lot of cases, it is biphobia // panphobia, but, from what i've experienced, most of the time it comes from a personal place and their own experiences in life with comphet, fluidity, or otherwise.
just live and let live, man. you might not understand it, but if it's not hurting anyone ( through any means, including perpetuating a toxic mindset ), then it doesn't have to make sense to you.
danganronpa another another queer academy and its sequel super danganronpa another 2 the moon of woke and the sun of pride
another duology queer hcs since i forgot to do them but i cant make original hcs since i copy what everyone assumes about a character /hj
undercut because theres a lot to handle here
hi hehe, i sent a couple but forgot them.. i only remember one and it was about how you think izuku & katsuki discovered they were queer + how do you think they accepted it. you can answer the other asks if you want since i don't remember them :P i don't mind too much
I have them! Haha
Izuku out of the two if I had to pick. I’m with you on not thinking either of them experience it, but Izuku is generally more repressive than Katsuki I think.
I think it all kind of came naturally and especially because of their proximity to each other.
I think for Katsuki it was probably a matter of knowing he had no interest in girls first before knowing he liked men. (So he knows for certain what he doesn’t like and avoids it lol). And I think Izuku lit such a scare under his ass that he avoided the concept of love all together. As a kid, he was clearly the type to read a genuine, pure affection as putting him down. If he only felt safe with other people’s superficiality then it definitely wasn’t on his mind until first year HS what that mutual affection can feel like when you embrace it.
Then for Izuku, I think Katsuki was his first crush and it was always so obviously and constantly Katsuki that no one else ever mattered. And if Izuku is oblivious/inexperienced with all things romance I’m sure he feels safer treating it as a science more than something he experiences. So in his head because he’s already categorized Katsuki as this special, singular constant - his closest person, then pushing it any further than that is unnecessary.
I’d say it was hard for both of them - but Katsuki is quicker to asserting and knowing himself enough to make the changes needed to be his full, best, and honest self while Izuku might be more predisposed to being scared of what that looks like.
I still hold onto these hcs

Sorry y'all
Sheeva is for the queers and the gay ladies.
I just can't ever EVER see her with a man.
I know it sounds harsh but it makes me gag when i see her shipped with a man. More than any other character. Like i don't really get that way with any other character as visceral as her.
I don't know why. Is this mean?
To me sheeva always has been some form of sapphic.
Same with sonya blade.
