Why do you still call Jax He when you are also defending Jax as a trans woman?
So this is just old school queer ethics, but Jax never does actually come out explicitly in the show on every level. And even though I know Jax is a trans woman and I will defend that, I still use He/Him because he never came out and said he was trans.
You don't out someone else, y'know?
The arguments made against Jax being trans are hinged on blatantly ignoring that just because you know or accept someone doesn't mean they are ready to exist as that person. Someone can remain in the closet for years and just because they opened up however briefly or small about their queerness, you don't change how you interact with them until they are ready.
Jax never got to the point where he was comfortable with coming out. So Jax is still He/Him, and one of the girls.
