Carbonxt advances Kentucky plant commissioning, secures new pellet orders, and targets growth amid rising activated carbon demand and PFAS r
Following quarter-end, Carbonxt completed a further $750,000 convertible note package on 16 April 2026. This funding supports capital expenditure for the Minnesota pellet manufacturing expansion, another US$250,000 investment into Kentucky, and broader working capital requirements.
These financing decisions show management’s intention to maintain momentum without compromising strategic flexibility. Capital is being directed toward assets that can materially improve production scale and long-term earnings capacity.
