summary: Alex asks you to do a special stream with him, telling you he’s the best at cooking and it’ll all be fine. You accept the offer, but chat is freaking out about two things: your guys’s cuteness and also how badly you were doing.

You were caught up with school, stress being so hard on you you were on the verge of tears. Online school made it even harder, but you knew you weren’t alone. Your boyfriend you lived with also was quite busy, because of him being a successful streamer. But he also had even more on his plate, still having to keep up with law school. Thinking about him made a smile return on your face. And as if called, you felt him place his head on top of yours, and hug you from his position above you. He had probably noticed you were stressed out, your hands in your hair and your desk messy. ‘C’mon mi amor, this isn’t good for you, take a break..’ he whispered next to your ear, followed up by little kisses on your neck. Your stiff shoulders relaxed, and you calmed down a bit. He had that effect on you, he was calming. Still, you turned your head, saying ‘But I need to finish this by the end of tomorrow, I wish though.’ He put his hands together, imitating a business man trying to negotiate. You giggled at his expression. ‘How about… we finish this together tomorrow morning, I’ll help you, and you go and be on my stream right now!’ He said hopefully. ‘Right, okay, okay, but Alex, we still need to eat dinner. I still need to make dinner..’ you said, coming to the conclusion you couldn’t relax, having so many things to do. But Quackity interrupted your panic: ‘No, no baby, already thought of that! See, we’re gonna make something on stream! I mean, you know I’m the greatest cook ever.’ He rolled his eyes playfully, acting jokingly selfish. You let out a sarcastic chuckle, making him put on a fake shocked face which made you laugh even harder.

And before you knew it, you were stood next to his camera, apron on and everything. You were just out of frame, because he was doing his intro, and was about to introduce you. 'Yeah chat I know, alright, but as you guys know I don't live alone. So, the other person will help me today! And we shall also eat that grand meal together on stream, so yeah long stream! Anyways guys.. you've seen them before, because they always bring me coffee on streams, here's my significant other y/n!' He said, grabbing your hand and swinging you in frame. You waved, familiar with chat always being very hype and nice to you. 'Hi chat!! Would you look at our matching aprons? I don't know why Quackity bought these for us though, he never cooks.' You joked, so chat would make fun of him. 'Well, well, I should've known..' he said, holding back his laughter.

All the ingredients were moved from being all lined up nicely, to thrown all around the countertop. 'So this goes in here, and we mix!' Alex said full confidence. You smiled to yourself, being busy with preparing the oven. As you came back you looked at your boyfriends actions, him currently mixing a part of the dessert with the ingredients of the starter. 'NO! WHAT-' you yelled, as your eyes became big. 'What? It's all nice and doughy!' he said. You took a deep breath and looked at him. 'Alexis, do you have any idea what you've just done?' you tried not to burst out laughing. '....No...' he said. 'YOU JUST MIXED THE DOUGH FOR THE GARLIC BREAD WITH THE DOUGH FOR THE COOKIES. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU.' you answered, giggling. 'oh. OH SHIT-' he answered, realising his mistakes. Messages like 'THAT'S WHAT WE TRIED TO TELL HIM' and 'KEKW' were filling the chat window. You couldn't help but both end up in a laughing fit. Deciding to scrap the other two courses, you only prepared the main course. 'Chat, we've all made mistakes,' Alex said, trying to sound deep, 'but we get over them. Look at this amazing lasagna we're making right now.' You were spreading the cheese over the meal, being almost done. He came up behind you and hugged you while putting a kiss on your cheeks. Chat noticed and when you read what fans had to say, you only saw 'THIS IS SO CUTE' & 'QuackityY/n content'. You even saw someone saying: 'I could watch you for hours, you guys are the sweetest😭' which made you blush. You put down everything in your hands and rested your head on his shoulder, answering the chat a bit. You didn't notice his hands that were put on your waist moving, grabbing the hot sauce. 'I'm Mexican, chat,' he began 'I like a little spice.' and he put some hot sauce on top. 'A little more,' he said, there was not much coming out of the new bottle. Suddenly, the lid popped off because of the pressure, and the entire bottle landed on the lasagna. You looked at it in shock. The entire lasagna was covered, Alex having a look of guilt on his face. You only looked in shock as he announced: 'Well chat! See ya later, don't clip that,' acting like nothing happened as you started bursting out laughing 'See you next week, we're gonna order some pizza I think, Byeeeeeeeee' and he ended stream.

He had apologized for ruining your entire meal, you said it was funny. You guys had laughed for about 10 minutes after the stream. Now you laid on your couch, Alex's arms wrapped around you under the blanket. You were watching your favorite show and you just had the best pizza. Your tweet saying 'Don't worry guys, @quackity is a better boyfriend than a cook ;)' had gotten a lot of likes and fans were laughing their asses of. You listened to Alexis humming along with the theme song on the tv as you slowly fell asleep. This had done you good, and bet ya he helped you the next day, all your work done. He truly was the best boyfriend.
