qsmp can't update and port over the builds rn not because of solely lore reasons
the main biome mod they were using previously has never been updated to 1.20.1. the latest version is 1.19.4.
qsmp isn't able to port the builds over at the moment not out of wanting to hold them hostage from the players, they physically can't port the builds over without losing an entire block palette from a pretty massive biome mod. it'd corrupt the builds.

I'm kind of thankful for the qsmp reset now. we don't have to see forevers mega base or wilburs cabin anymore now that they've all moved. it's sad but I'm glad. it would have been difficult for admins/ccs to deal with either ignoring the builds or removing them completely
