Il Ristorante Q33 poi è un “bijoux”: la sua cucina è nelle mani dello chef Maurizio D’Andretta che, prima di cominciare la sua esperienza Al Castello, a gennaio 2017, ha lavorato in ristoranti gourmet di prima categoria. Da segnalare infatti la sua preziosa collaborazione con Villa Crespi, con il Grand Hotel Palazzo della Fonte di Fiuggi, con l’Hotel Monaco e il Gran Canal di Venezia e con l’Hotel Capo d’Orso in Sardegna.

Volete un assaggio del menu gourmet che lo chef propone? Si tratta di piatti come rane fritte con bagnet verd, carote e aglio dolce; tapulone (stracotto d’asino) con polenta arrosto e bietine; gallina ruspante con carciofi, bettelmatt e levistico; e, dulcis in fundo, bonet con vaniglia, nocciole e amaretto.
Ma c’è tempo anche per un po’ di relax nell’area wellness appositamente pensata per offrirvi un momento di stacco dal tran tran quotidiano. All’interno del Castello infatti si trova la grotta ai tempi una ghiacciaia utilizzata come in-store alimentare, che oggi invece è stata ricostruita per adattarsi alle vostre esigenze: è dotata infatti di doccia cromatica e bagno turco.
Al Castello poi è possibile prenotare per un matrimonio da favola: immaginate di aprire il cancello in ferro battuto e ritrovarvi nell’idilliaco giardino italiano, con i suoi profumati fiori e gli arbusti mediterranei, per poi procedere all’interno della struttura nella Sala Grande, che vi accoglie con la sua fila di colonne di Serizzo alte fino al soffitto a volte e adornata da mattoni a vista, un vero e proprio tuffo nel Medioevo. Al Castello inoltre è disponibile anche per meeting e incentive.

Innanzitutto la Basilica di San Gaudenzio, a Novara, che domina l’orizzonte con i suoi 121 metri di altezza. È stata costruita dopo che la precedente struttura era stata distrutta dall’imperatore Carlo V, e la sua cupola monumentale è stata disegnata dall’artista famoso per la Mole Antonelliana di Torino, Alessandro Antonelli.
Casalbeltrame, sede di Materima, una “cittadella della scultura” all’interno del Parco delle Lame di Sesia. Da menzionare poi anche il santuario di Oropa, locato a un’altezza di 1159 metri, nella valle delle Alpi biellesi. Si tratta di una struttura che comprende il santuario originale e quello moderno, che include anche strutture ricettive per i turisti e i credenti. È tanto alto il suo valore artistico che l’UNESCO nel 2013 lo ha dichiarato patrimonio dell’umanità. Il santuario è costituito da un percorso con 12 cappelle, ognuna delle quali rappresenta scene di vita della Madonna.
Insomma, per chi vuole trascorrere un week-end fuori porta, per chi cerca una location per il suo evento speciale: Al Castello vi aspetta garantendovi una pausa di rigenerazione completa.

The new wifi card, with two smaller 2db antenna's doesn't get as good reception as the old one which had a single, larger 5db antenna. The speeds are good, 30-50Mbp's which is about what my wifi router ( also 300M) can produce. I've noticed however that the ping times have increased from 2-5ms to 17-20ms. I don't know if the antenna difference affects the ping time but overall I'm happier with the faster speeds.
