It's Satur....wait a minute it's Sunday ??? Whaaaat ?!?!? Yes folks, @strongsidenewwest is now open on Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm. Here is this week's edition of the post work out picture for the end of the last week on my seventh program. Thank Chuck I had a little extra "turtle power" today to assist me in today's work out. People keep asking how I feel now that I've lost all this weight (close to 60 lbs of unwanted flab). My answer is usually something like "I feel better, but I'm still going to keep at it because I want to be better."
