Today's #pullday workout. PRs across the board. #allgasnobrakes . Woke up today ready to rock! During this past week some days were a struggle, but today was not one of those days. 😉👊. This week has been a very successful one despite the caloric deficit, so I was just excited about continuing that trend and closing the week out strong. Last week's deload had me in a great spot to kill it this week. Also, my CBD supplementation has been really helping with sleep (which is usually what I struggle with most). . Now, if I can just avoid getting sick (everyone else in my house currently is sick) that would be greeaaaaat. 🤣. Extra Vitamin C and Zinc is working so far. Plus, I have been sticking to SKD, which usually seems to boost my immune system. 👍. . For those interested, I usually share some highlights/PRs in my story most days. If you are interested in giving my style of training a shot (full-body, high-frequency, push/pull split), I have highlights on my profile page @ketoing.life titled High-Frequency (which explains the why and how of this type of training) along with ones titled Push Day (A, B, & C) and Pull Day (A, B, & C). . I suggest starting with 4 days per week (Mon = Push A, Tues = Pull A, Thur = Push B, Fri = Pull B. Then next week start with Push C and Pull C, and keep rotating through them). Once you are conditioned and find you are recovering well, try adding a 5th or even a 6th day during the week.
