In outside things, this purslane sprouted randomly (a gift from the fairies, we like to think) when my begonias died of frost, and it has been a gorgeous addition to my little container garden! Everything about it was unattractive...the moss ball, the purslane plant, the stalky stem...it all looked unappealing. Till one day when it burst into these bright pink flowers. Now she is the most pretty one sitting cosy in our display space. . °Like a Present° . . She has been flowering every single day in the last 1 week. The best or the worse is, the flowers last only for a day. And blooms new the next day. Sometimes it is better to start on a clean slate everyday.
