"Not pilfering, but showing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things."

Pilfering...fidelity

Both reflect the inner heart.

Pilfering: (Purloining) keeping for one's own use what does not belong to you. To keep back part as did Ananias and Sapphire in Acts 5.  

Fidelity: conscientious labor, keeping of time, acting behind his master's back the same as before his face.
