Is it common to become more dysphoric after starting T? Before I had little to no bottom dysphoria, but now it is more frequent. I never had a desire to pee standing up before taking T but I do now.
I feel this!! My bottom dysphoria has increased a lot since starting T! For me, I think it has to do with either 1) getting more self conscious about it since it’s now more a matter of safety and comfort in everyday life to have a peen than it was before, so I think about it more often and it makes me very conscious of what I don’t have, and/or 2) dysphoria shifting since I’ve gotten less dysphoric about other things (some people - if not lots - report feeling this after top surgery; their dysphoria shifting from their chest to their lower area).
