Sam came back to the dorm high . He sat down in his bed, room spinning as he laughed hysterically. 

Castiel knew right away what was going on. He moved over to Sam’s bed and tried to get Sam’s attention. He was also trying to calm him down but there was no use. He was too high. And was very delirious.

Castiel ended up getting Sam to lay down. He got a wash cloth to clean off his smudged eyeliner and wet his sweaty face. As he was cleaning Sam up he noticed the dark track marks on his arms. It broke his fucking heart.
