Attention Aluminium Plant Community!
Aluminium production is an energy-intensive process that releases a significant amount of pollutants into the environment. Without proper pollution control measures, these emissions can have negative impacts on air quality and public health. To curb the pollution in this industry, we have been installing APCS equipment designed to achieve the desired emmission norms.
Recently, we have successfully installed one such system for well known Aluminium Manufacturing plant in Roorkee, Uttarakhand for their two main furnaces. The installed system provides for fume extraction system for their regenerative furnace and skelner furnace. This APCS is equipped with 132 kW ID fan and pulse jet bag filters with capacity of each to clean 70,000 m3/hr fumes with mild abrasive Aluminum fines.
Our new equipment utilizes advanced technology to efficiently and effectively remove pollutants from our emissions, reducing our carbon footprint and improving air quality for the community.
