Swimming at 6:30am hasn't happened for a long while.. A little over three months to be exact.. The verdict: Waking up at 5am is not fun. It was too cold and dark out for my liking. Swimming your entire session with a pull buoy as you are still recovering from you hip operation highlighted to me two things. 1) I have seriously no upper body strength 2) I'm exhausted and clearly so much unfitter than I thought..
