 Today was an epic disaster!

Yep, today was an epic disaster and I was at the core of it all. I am sure you can all relate with this and the feelings associated with it. The day had started off so well and I was in my own little world, sipping my skinny latte, whilst singing away in the car. Totally oblivious to the chaos that would unfold as the day wore on. I am sure the universe felt the need to pull me back to reality; the realism that life is not all peachy keen Jelly Bean. Well I sure found that out today!

Have you ever wished that you could just get an itinerary from the universe? A simple outline of what is coming ahead, what you are meant to focus on and where you are meant to be in the grand scheme of things?

 Well, the news on the street is that it is all about BALANCE!

 It is about balancing your life to be in sync with your higher self, whilst still dealing with the mundane aspects of life. Balance is not an easy to thing to achieve when you have a Type A personality. The universe is asking me to foster a balance between living tuned into the magic of spirit and the higher vibrations of ourselves. Whilst, still providing for your basic needs, e.g. gong to work, taking care of your physical body and cleaning up after yourself.

 In essence, it is about living with your feet grounded to the Earth, while living completely illuminated in the light.

 I know, you are probably saying, what the …….!

 But being in the sphere of light means that one minute you maybe folding the washing and you are aware of what you are doing and the next, you are folding washing from an entirely new and illuminated state. Where you heart is open, consciousness expanded, and completed transformed. The washing is still there, but the experience is expanded, elevated and new.

 These are little moments of illumination and allow for greater glimpses of light and spirituality in our everyday lives.

 As I was driving home tonight, rehashing on the disaster of the afternoon, I took a second to really think about what I had archived today and what I had learnt. I learnt that not everyone will see things the way that I do, that patience is the key to achieving the impossible and looking at a situation with a different lens makes everything that occurs irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.
