Exercise 1

Sit quietly with your eyes open.

Focus on a still object in front of you.

In your mind, take note of the objects and furniture around you.

If you see shadows, sparks, or movement, keep focused on the item in front of you.

Sit for as long as you feel comfortable.

Make notes on what you saw and felt.

Exercise 2

Sit with your eyes closed.

Clear your mind and thoughts.

Once you feel your thoughts leave you after a comfortable amount of time, focus on your eyelids and that black canvas it is.

Imagine that blank canvas and focus your intentions while keeping an open mind.

Allow whatever images that come to mind to play out. Don’t try to make sense of it.

Document findings in a journal.

Exercise 1

Go to a place where you are most comfortable.

Close your eyes, relax your body, and let hearing be your dominant sense.

Gently tune in to sounds that you don’t normally focus on.

Really pay attention to the layers of sounds and identify what each one is.

Document your findings in a journal or record yourself.

Exercise 2

Sit with your eyes closed.

Clear your mind and thoughts.

Once you feel your thoughts leave, focus on your eyelids and that black canvas it is.

Focus on the sounds around you and slowly try to tune them out.

Imagine an old radio with a frequency dial. Turn the dial through each station.

With an open mind take notice to any sounds chiming through. It’s okay if you hear nothing. Keep moving through each station. You won’t run out of them.

Put your intentions into each turn of the dial taking note of any sound. 

Document your findings in a journal.

Exercises to Improve Your Clairsentiency Skills

Exercise 1

Get more familiar with your energies by touching how your hands, feet, eyes, etcetera feel.

Learn how the environment feels around you rather it be the city or rural areas.

Learn how animals and plants feel from one to the next. Not everything is the same. Become aware of that. Every plant has its own pattern past the base patterns. Every animal has different markings apart from the next. Identify those traits.

Once that is learnt and recognized. Learn to feel the airs around you in different regions if one is able to do so.

Exercise 2

Visit different haunted facilities observing all the key details.

Take note of the atmosphere. How does it feel?

Take note of the emotions you feel during a tour.

Take note of the temperatures surrounding you.

Take note of any odd experiences and the people with you.

Exercise 3

Meditate with a specific spirit.

Take in the surroundings before starting.

Consider your moods beforehand. Noting them down.

Focus on the intentions for communication.

How do you feel during the meditation? What about after?

Did anything in the environment change?

Did temperatures in the environment change?

Did you feel hot or cold?

Did you feel any movements outside yourself?

Document your findings.

Exercise to Improve Your Clairempathy Skills

Ask someone you know to show you a picture of somebody they know very well, but you’ve never met at all.

Look at the picture and feel into it by observing all aspects. Focus on how this person was feeling when the picture was taken.

Ask yourself what kind of person this individual is.

Share your findings with your friend.

Now, ask your friend for feedback. How correct were you? Repeat this exercise as many times as you want with different people. Remember to keep a journal for any findings.

Exercises to Improve Your Claircognizance Skills

Exercise 1

Grab a pen and pull out your notebook. Before you start writing, ask yourself a question. What guidance do I need today? How can I find a resolution with a problem? How can I be helpful today?

Then set a timer for five to twenty minutes and write whatever comes to you. Don’t edit yourself. Express yourself fully and write whatever comes to you.

The more you do this exercise, the easier it will be.

Exercise 2

Meditate before bed falling asleep to a method of relaxation.

Clear your mind during this meditation pushing away any internal thoughts.

Focus your intention on an open mind and dreams. 

If a dream begins let it play out.

Upon waking write down your findings. Keep a dream journal taking note of anything that happens later in this world.

Compare and contrast experiences in this world versus your dreams.

Exercise 3

When topics are being discussed among individuals take note of things you know but have not studied or read about or heard about from any other source.

Clairaudience- This was the first sense I experienced, and the hardest for me to trust, as brain chatter happens and can get mixed into the bag of messages. But, now, I always have an open channel for Lucifer only (anyone else trying to talk to me has to WAIT!) I am hard of hearing and have tinnitus so for me without meditation the words and inflection come through more than the actual voice (probably why I think Lucifer sounds so British, because I'm focusing on HOW he is saying something and not what it sounds like overall). If you start using clairaudience use protections to only hear whomever you're trying to talk to (I use sigils for this, but do what feels right).

Claircognizance- Lucifer explained this one to me, when we interact I get this overall idea of what he's about to tell me before it comes through in words. Sometimes he will also just give me the idea of something instead of explaining it. It comes through almost like downloading information. Pictures, concepts, and the overall message just show up as something I now know.

Clairvoyance- I'm not great at this one unless I'm in a trance state. When I tell a really long story about going somewhere with Lucifer and I describe him and what he says/does, I was probably in deep meditation where it's easier for me to see things. In my regular day to day it comes more as short moving pictures, impressions of what he's doing.

Clairtangency- I don't actually know if what I'm about to say is clairtangency 😅 I think it's supposed to be when you touch something and can know things about the object or person. But, what I call clairtangency is being able to feel spirits touch me energetically. This to me is when Lucifer pats my head, or puts his hand over my third eye to get my attention, or holds me while I sleep. I can feel his energy moving like a touch.

Clairempathy/Clairsentience- Oof this is a big one for me. It happens when I'm possessed/channeling Lucifer and I can feel his feelings as my own. It's, hard as fuck. Some days I'll wake up and be like "Why am I so pissed I could fight God?" And he'll pop in and be like "Sorry, love, it's me." Or I'll read or write something that touches him and I'll start crying, for him. And they're big feelings that sometimes make me feel like I'm going to break. Travel cautiously with clairempathy if you're doing deity work. Eternal beings can FEEL.

Clairgustance/Clairsalience: These only show up for me in trance states. When I'm with him in meditation I can taste and smell the things he offers me, the coffee we had on our date tasted deep and rich (and got my actual body really fckn high 😅) the cherry blossoms he took me to see smelled amazing. The incense he burns in his study smells like nothing I've ever known. It's a bit like when you're in a dream but clearer and more crisp.

Tarot does not give physical traits. But your clairs/intuition can. The cards themselves cannot tell you whether your fs will be white or have curly hair, or is younger in age (rather than a youthful personality), or small, etc. Cards are symbolic. They read energy: ever changing and only perceptive things around us. They do not tell about someone’s appearance.

Ex with the same cards from different decks (and the same goes for any card of any deck).

If a reader were to draw these cards because your fs is represented as the King of Cups (core, current or desired personality, mindset…). How are they supposed to tell what they look like from them? Some are white, some are black. Some are creatures or animals, some are humans, some have light hair and some dark hair. Idk how you can tell here. We all have different decks, sometimes the same. Are we going to tell you a generic answer because we pulled the same cards to you than the previous querent? Let alone racist/stereotype biases. In some deck asian people are only represented for the swords (intelligence, mental, speech, clarity) while black are for the wands (energy, stamina, will, power). Are we going to tell you they’re tan or easily tan (that are completly different things btw and don’t tell about someone’s background), or are black or dark skinned? They could as well be mixed and the cards are just telling you they have african ancestry, or they grew up in a black/african community/country (for example white south african).

And the reader has to have knowledge on history, biology and geography to be this precise to tell you someone’s cultural background. Because the Caraibes are for example really mixed. It’s not just Africa and Europe, but also America and Asia. Polynesian have Asian ancestry, but you’ll never read that your fs is from over there. And not all islands have hot temperature (the UK, Ireland for ex). In Europe, it’s as much Asia (Middle east) than ethnic groups (celts, franks, gaul, romans…). Some Spanish and Portugese people have Arabic ancestry too. How are the cards supposed to tell you about that? « They have curly hair » or not because they could just love perms or they could have had curly hair but genetic decided otherwise, or they could have curly hair… but that’s much less guaranteed than if we read on whether they love you or not lol.

I hope though you did met (or will meet) the person that was described to you. I used to believe it when I got readings telling about my fs’s appearance from the cards… but it’s actually more reliable from actual intuition.
