Caregiving doesn't look the same everywhere. Some days, it's a busy hallway full of call bells and familiar faces. Other days, it's a quiet living room where you might be the only person someone sees. After working as a PSW in both nursing homes and the community, I've learned that each place teaches you something different about compassion, dignity, and the human heart.
