now let’s use the photoshop to make our watercolors real brushes! yay!

first, open your image (the scanned), turn it a normal layer double clicking here

with the lasso tool, outline a watercolor (not necessary to be next to it) > invert the selection > delete it > cancel the selection

now, type Ctrl + Shift + U to discolor the selection and adjust the levels (Ctrl + L) to emphasize the tones! you can also use the dodge, burn and sponge, but it’s not necessary! (your adjustment might be different than mine!)

after that, select your drop again with the lasso tool and click in edit > define brush preset, name it, and dooone!!!!!
