This past couple weeks I got like 5 projects done back to back it was amazing and torurous and great at the same time

Hello wacom intuos users! (people still own those right...?)
I need a bit of a heads up if I should be concerned about this or not:
My intuos has bluetooth function as well but I've been using it with a USB while working on PC and only sometimes using the bluetooth advantage while on my laptop
Now, every time I draw (almost every day) I plug the tablet in and when done I plug it out to not stress the battery (?)
However, for the past 3-4 days the tablet has been glowing orange and the battery percentage has been going down slowly while I'm not using the tablet, as in, while it's not plugged in nor active via bluetooth
it's also not charging while plugged in but sort of just stays on the same percentage throughout my drawing session
SHOULD I BE CONCERNED??
If the battery is dying and I lose the option to bluetooth like forever, will I still have it function even with 0% battery if it's plugged in via USB?
I gave this a quick google and it seems like it could be that it doesn't charge because pc is using up more power on other active stuff on it? idk if this is the same issue but I guess I'll check it out on my laptop soonish

Got a new graphics tablet recently!Intuos Pro Small PTH-451/K It’s an older model but it’s very high end! Definitely better than my other, newer Intuos S (2018) (2nd slide). This supports finger touch on the tablet and buttons and wheel, and cane with multiple different nibs! (3rd side) Flex, felt, and pro pen just to name a few! It even has the wireless kit, but sadly it did not have the USB dongle, and you can’t buy them any more, and the separate dongle won’t pair. Secondhand it’ll be!
