I'm back in Winnipeg for work. I haven't been here for any significant amount of time since I was 19. I've been GoogleMap-ing shit and getting all sappy. I worked for a few months at L'hôtel des artistes on Provencher, walked the half hour to work everyday in +33 weather with 100 on the humidex. Did shit all and had a pretty good time. Lived with a roomie in a place on Des Meurons with the shittiest creep neighbour. Went on my first date with my first REAL girlfriend at the Forks and we kissed for the first time outside a bar in The Exchange (she was real nervous, and had been chewing gum for about 30 minutes, not wanting us to get out of the car, before she made her move.)
