Guilt free peanut/chocolate/coconut/almond butter cups β’β’β’ Ingredients: β’ 150g 80+ % dark chocolate β’ 50g 100% (you can get this at musclefood) β’ almond/coconut butter (I used pipandnut) β’ tbsp coconut oil (LucyBee for Joe!) β’ reduced sugar Nutella - have you ever tried JimJam spreads? You definitely should! In my opinion, tastes better! β’ optional: dried peanutbutter for less fat and protein powder of your choice ππΌ β’β’β’ How to: β’ melt chocolate in a pan over hot water, in the meantime put a metal tray in a freezer. β’ pour a tablespoon of melted chocolate in a paper cup and spread it evenly around edges. Then pop in a freezer for few minutes to let the chocolate get solid. β’ scoop a teaspoon of each of the butters in or whatever you fancy more and cover with more chocolate. Make sure the top is flat. β’ top it with whatever you like, I used Black sesame seeds, coconut and pumpkin seeds β’ ENJOY!
