Cool dragon below the cut
I did not see that coming.

The pressure in Anishaâs chest upon seeing people, government people, going through her stuff, touching all her things, and ruining her barely organized chaos was almost enough to make her burst. She struggled under the hands of the Guardian Force men who had pinned her down and struggled to breathe.Â
âAnisha Flight,â the commander said with a scowl. âYou are under arrest for the series of murders committed in the Falls region and for spilling state secrets to other countries.â
âWhat!?â Anisha exclaimed. She had been investigating those murders with her team. The Guardian Forces should have known that. There was no way Anisha would ever commit a murder unless it was self defence or a terrible accident. âNo!!! You KNOW thatâs not true! What going o-â Anisha was cut off as a specially designed muzzle was snapped over her face, locking her jaw shut. She whined through her nose like a dog, which changed to a whimper when one of the men behind her stepped on her tail.Â
âWeâre taking you in, Flight,â the man said as a medic approached with a syringe in hand. Anisha recognized the burning feeling in her chest. The burning need to be able to talk, to be right! It killed her to be ignored or not able to vocalize her frustration. She wanted to scream at them how she didnât kill those people. She had evidence to prove it! But they were going to drug her so they could drag her silent carcass to a cell somewhere where she would have to wait for someone else to sort this mess out. She hated it.
She felt the pinch under one of the scales in her neck and shuddered. She felt woozy even before the drugs kicked in. She wasnât really afraid of needles, but her body betrayed her whenever she was stuck with one and nausea and dizziness always came in full force. The drug started to work as they hauled her up and threw her into the back of a government van. She curled in on herself as a chain attached to a magic nullifying collar around her neck was clipped to a wall and she couldnât do anything to stop it. She knew that this time she wouldnât be able to macgyver her way out and slip the situation like the escape artist she was. She would have to sit tight and wait while other people proved her innocence. Otherwise she would look guilty.
All Anisha could think as her hands when numb and her brain went even more fuzzy was, âI HATE waiting.â
