I had to cut 700 characters including spaces from a document. It felt like cutting away part of my body. I still need to cut 92 characters. I'm not feeling great.

week4 - Project 1 WIP
I began by cutting the long reel of film into smaller segments. This made the material easier to handle and allowed me to focus on individual frames!

I also attached a small label to each segment, which made it easier for me to organize, drawing and reconnect them later
A tiny start on boards Time: 2 hours (one inattentive, a second transferring from trad scribbles) This week I want to get dialogue roughed for (Grandpa cartoon), and make a separate set of boards similar in length to try some different angles. I'm not starting out with the characters or interior layouts because I have a loose enough idea of the space already, and I'm hoping that by putting those things off, I will be able to chew over the boards and revise things in my head during the process of designing and modeling the characters.
I'll be prioritizing this over the Smoke comic thumbnails but I'm sure I can at least get the reference board done.
