#programming locations

Over the years I’ve made a document with programming sites by researching government projects, contracts, and names mentioned in government documents.

There is a difference for me in programming sites, and high control groups that use programming.

I’ve made a document with high control groups as well.

For example I came across this LIST. I then go through it and make certain the names and locations are accurate. If they are I place them on my list if they are suspect I mark them for further research, and if they are inaccurate I leave them off.

Programmers would know some locations. Due to safety, security, and information being classified a programmer would not know all of the locations.

I look for government contracts. It’s tedious work but contracts are given to universities, hospitals, and other companies for research. The contracts will have something in common. The government separates projects, then gathers all of the results in one place. The institutions are working on a part of a whole.

Handlers will be familiar with a few locations that are related to the person who is being programmed.

A little history about Wright Patterson

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is in Dayton, Ohio: It is believed the MK-ULTRA version of “acid” was a psilocybin  derivative called EA1729 that was used at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Wright was also home to Himmler’s SS rocket team, as part of MK-ULTRA experiments.

During 1947–1948, the White Wizard worked at the Wright-Patterson, and then returned to his post in Munich, Germany. The base has a program called WOW! ( Wizards of Wright) that has been involved in the school system for about 30 years.

the “Little Professor” – Marcus Wayne Chenault. He was part of a group of black assassins called,  “The Troop.” The Troop was ran out of the Wright Patterson Air Force Base from the ultra top secret Building 18, Area B.

Wright is a major programming hub. The base is central for alien programming, Biological Effects of High- Intensity Sound Waves, Effects of Frequency of Vibration on Human Performance, and 'The Blue Room' to name a few.

Programming at Wright continues to this day. Children are used in programming because they are easier to program than adults.  Programming for a person can cover many purposes such as intelligence, infiltration, spying, combat, science, anything the government deems important.

Lion’s Pride (Deployed Signals Intelligence Operations Center Ethiopia’s capital, Addis Ababa)- In the aftermath of 9/11 the National Security Agency forged a relationship with the Ethiopian government. There are “three Lion’s Pride Remote Sites,” including one located in the town of Gondar, in northwestern Ethiopia.
