Col. Mustard: Road work ahead? Uh, yeah, I sure hope it does-

Wadsworth: That's all she really does, ever since she bought that five-dollar kazoo.

*cut to Miss Scarlet aggressively playing the kazoo*

Miss Scarlet: People say I can't do what I love without college. I don't need no degree to be a clothing hanger. *cut to Miss Scarlet using herself as a clothing hanger*

Mrs. Peacock: And they were roommates!

Mr. Boddy: Oh my god they were roommates

Mrs. White: I saw you hanging out with Yvette yesterday!

Mrs. White's husband: But- Mrs. White it's not what you think!

Mrs. White, with a nerf gun: I won't hesitate bitch!

Mrs. Peacock: Guys get out of the way, iT'S THE LORD-

Mr. Green in the third ending: Okay, listen here bitch. I'm sick of it. *pulls out gun* I am SICK. OF. IT.

Miss Scarlet: Hey Yvette :) *pushes Yvette*

Yvette: S t o p

Miss Scarlet: Hey Yvette :))) *pushes her again*

Yvette after falling over: I'm seNSITIVE, SCARLET-

Mrs. White: I don't need friends, they disappoint me.

Wadsworth: Heyyy, hey, hey. Kids, kids- Y V E T T E!

Honey can you be quiet I'm just trying to do something over here

Prof. Plum: A H H

Col. Mustard: AHHH- Stop I could've dropped my croissant-

Miss Scarlet: I spilled lipstick in your Valentino bag.

Mr. Green: Do you think I could fit 15 marshmallows in my mouth?

Prof. Plum: You're a hazard to society.

There is an interesting story in designing Miss White. No other character went through so many changes! I knew I didn't want to make her the lowly maid we've seen so often. And I knew I wanted Mrs. Scarlett (whom you'll meet later) to be be repulsive and unattractive (hence the subtle switch of "Miss" and "Mrs."). That meant Miss White would need to be cute.

My first thought was to design Miss White as a black woman -- kind of a cool twist. 

I hadn't quite done my homework and I later learned that being fully dressed in white came off as a voodoo priestess -- not quite what I was going for. Others also said she came off too manly (her shoulders are too broad). I also realized I'd like to base a character on my wife Jenn. I'd already designed Prof. Plum to look like myself and we needed to have us both in there!
