Lol busted working out in my heels and underwear. Jimmy was taking BEFORE shots fir me I thought I'd get a little ab work in LOL. So I am starting a #eatitforwardprogram for the month of December then I will do a #prepprogram for 12 weeks to compete in April in as a #probikinicompetitor #Orlando then eat a smart, #reversediet to keep clean and sexy baby.and not shock my system but keep balanced and healthy. This has been a dream if mine since I saw #CoryEverson will MissOlympia. A real #throwbackthursday moment for me today. Today and this weekend is moving day, we are moving to a farm outside of Orlando to start a coconut nursery and #hempfarm. I just cannot wait to get started I will be writing an ebook with @amandabuccifit as she gets ready for #NPCNationals #probikinicompetition. For the month of December I will be concentrating on getting over 2,000 calories into my system every day with whole food. I will also #ampup my training Schmexies. My goal is to not only compete but to inspire women of all ages of all body types how you can regain a sexy body through diet and training.#getsome
