It's almost 2024 and people still don't understand Itachi Uchiha and his motives really people people yes he did a horrible thing and you can blame it on Konoha not on Itachi if he didn't they would have killed everyone including Sasuke cause of Itachi loves his little brother more than anyone or anything in the world itself he made the ultimate sacrifice and Fugaku understood that it was a curse for the Uchihas to love and to have burned on those who they love the most -kind of like Cane and Able- and in Itachi's case it was Sasuke I mean if you have a sibling or did have one wouldn't you do anything in your power to protect them even if it means destroying everything in your path
The influence of the Will of Fire on Konoha
The Will of Fire is essentially derived from the actions of Hashirama and Tobirama. I doubt that Hashirama somehow gathered all the shinobi and said that he came up with an ideology for Konoha. Surely everyone just took an example from them.
Hiruzen and Danzo
The next Hokage was Hiruzen. Tobirama either didn't notice his naivety (which is unlikely),or chose someone he thought looked like Hashirama. But he also had a normal attitude towards Danzo. Although Danzo changed after the war. Tsunade said he was "a military man with a military mindset." After contemplating the war, he came to the same conclusion as Madara - hatred is born out of love.

He created the "Root", all members of which have no emotions and live for the sake of their mission. Danzo believed that feelings were superfluous,that they interfered with the performance of duty-they interfered with protecting Konoha.
Hiruzen was against force methods and believed that people die for those who are dear to them.
That is, for Hiruzen, "someone who is dear" = all of Konoha.Both Danzo and Hiruzen were completely devoted to the village.

I don't understand the complaints about the residents of Konoha.
People hate the people of Konoha for ignoring Naruto. Well, that is, they pretended that he was not there,whispered behind his back, averted their eyes, etc. And yes, they have every right to do so.
