Thank you!!
We have not been dealing with it very well (though feeling better now atm), but, we'll be figuring&working it out.
I& also want to take a moment to thank the community and its resources. We've got so much to lean onto.
We also want to make a post about our experiences leading up to this point, so it might perhaps help others (and also in general).
sorry if this isn’t allowed, I couldn’t think of other places to ask
does anyone have any advice for adjusting to being polyfragmented? ;-; finding new fragments all the time and having to help them gain identities is stressful
We don’t have anything concrete (for lack of a better term) unfortunately, especially with helping fragments gain identities.
Speaking about general polyfrag advice, we ourselves have been dealing with it by trial and error. We’ve been trying out general plural tips and advices, taking note of what does and doesn’t work for us, then continuing to do what works and leaving behind ones that don’t work. For example, we stopped trying to set a fronting schedule because there are too many of us and different members have different levels of “how easy is it to call them to front”, “how long can they front before they want to step away”, and so on.
For fragment identities specifically, we admittedly struggle with it too. Maybe our followers can help?
