this year my goal is to be able to say that i’ve read every book i own, so most of these are books i already have, but haven’t gotten around to yet
1. Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo. I’m hoping this part of the Grisha verse will grab me since the other didn’t.
2. Les Miserables by Victor Hugo. Meant to read this last year, but didn’t because ugh.
3. Thrawn: Treason by Timothy Zahn. Obviously I don’t have this one yet but when it comes out I will be immediately swallowing it whole.
4. How It Went Down by Kekla Magoon. I got this as a strip back when I worked at Barnes & Noble and just haven’t gotten around to it yet.
5. The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch. ACTUALLY VERY EXCITED FOR THIS.
6. Wild Magic by Tamora Pierce. Against my better judgment I’m giving Tamora Pierce yet another chance because I want to meet Numair.
7. The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson. I have to read this because I haven’t yet and I can’t get rid of it until I do.
8. Pawn of Prophecy by David Eddings. Belgariad???????
9. Warbreaker by Brandon Sanderson. Part of the slowly yet surely advancing campaign to read everything Sanderson has ever written.
10. Chains by Laurie Halse Anderson
