I love you so much, Caelum.  I really do.  I remember the first time you approached me and my heart was beating so fast.  Because well, I’ve heard about you from Kohen and the two of you got along so well that I thought we would too.  You were cute, funny and completely unattainable to me at the time.  Can you believe I’m kind of shy?  Kind of!  You approached me and I felt like I was so awkward and that I blew my cool guy image (don’t comment on that, please).  But you were always so friendly after despite that.  Always around when I was down.  Even when you were down.  This probably isn’t making sense, but even before we were together I cared about you too.  I still regret not showing it better back then.   You were always more than a cake buddy, we just had terrible timing.

Until seven months ago.  Because the 213 plus some days we’ve been together have been the best for me.  And I know there are moments where we panic and get scared.  About our well beings and our future together.  Yet what will always scare me the most is a future without you.  I’m greedy, I want more than 213 days.  More than seven years even.  I know you have a hard time believing in forever but that’s how long I plan on being yours.  That’s how long I want you to be mine.  And I’ll admit that I don’t understand why you feel like love can ebb away.  I don’t understand how your mind works and that’s fine.  I still love you.  I’ll always love you.

Someone once told me that love makes you a poet but I just feel like I’m spilling a ton of words for you to decipher.  You understand me better than anyone though.  It’s almost frightening.  With everyone else I worry about using a filter when I speak, but not you.
