Again, not that the NYU student body is not pleasant, but there is something about the aspiring Broadway babies that just pulls him in.

Oh, Elliott knows that at first sight, most people assume that his type is the rock'n'roll, glamor and hype type, but most people couldn't be more wrong.

He loves theater, he loves musicals--he just knows that it's not the kind of music that showcases his voice the best, and he makes smart choices for his musical career.

As he waits for Kurt to come out of stage combat 201 (he can hear the clanking of swords), Elliott takes his time to appreciate a fine specimen walking his way.

Tall, lanky, blond, quite the hipster but Elliott can definitely work with that, a charming smile and a vibrant energy in his steps.

Meh, what does he have to lose?

"Excuse me?" he calls, walking towards the student who shamelessly gives him a once-over look and seems to appreciate what he sees. Elliott's walk turns into a strut--you can never bring too much attention to those hips, in his opinion--as he approaches, smiling brightly at Mr. Blond and Delectable.

"May I help you?" B&D asks, and Elliott almost reaches to cover his heart with his hand.

A British guy--one more cross in the "pro" column.

"Well, help, i'm not sure," Elliott replies with an easy laugh. "Depends if you're available tonight."

BBD (Blond, British, Delicious) cocks one eyebrow at him, but his lips are stretching into a smirk. "How do I know that you're not some psycho?"

"You don't, but you have my word - I'm only a musical weirdo," Elliott replies, getting closer.

"That I can deal with," the man says, smile expanding. "Adam Crawford," he adds, lifting his hand.

Elliott shakes it with a smile, keeping Adam's hand in his for perhaps longer than necessary. "Elliott Gilbert."

"Thing is," Adam tells him, taking a step closer, "I would hate to waste my time."

"How so?"

"Well, if you're a bad kisser, this is not going to go anywhere, and we would both waste an evening and some quality banter."

"Easy peezy then," Elliott retorts, pulling Adam closer. "Can I kiss you?"

"Now?"

"Yeah and get that out of the way," Elliott replies before slowly molding his mouth against Adam's.

It's not the best kiss, but it has some very fine points--the way Adam's fingers tangle with Elliott's hair on the back of his neck, hell yeah--and Elliott just knows that they would only get better with time. When tongues will be involved, for instance.

"What say you?" he asks, letting go of Adam who, to his immense satisfaction, seems a bit dazed.

Adam clears his throat and rearranges his beanie. "Callbacks, 8pm?"

"Sounds awesome," Elliott confirms with a beaming smile just as a clocktower rings. "See you tonight then, Adam Crawford."

"Don't be late, Elliott Gilbert."
