Some of the design notes I have for this part of the story! Trying to keep things pretty literal in the design language here as I’d imagine that these forms present the truth of that person, and it’s hard for them to lie when in this state.
The Exiled (Prima)
-Self-imposed exile has left him a fraction of what he used to be, and he would not currently be able to stand amongst his siblings, nor would he want to face them
-Most of his form is dark, contrasted to the shining spectacle it’s supposed to be. Hides most of his grandeur, as he doesn’t feel worthy of it right now
-As a Matrix Bearer he should have it emblazoned around his core, however, that was the first light to vanish and he’s never felt the same since
The Orphan (Jack)
-Had a mortal wound when unceremoniously thrown into the distant darkness; he’s not sure what to make of it once it’s healed
-Absolutely drowning in grief, his form presents as a shade save for a single light he cannot dim; sometimes the edges blur and fade, and he’ll almost look human again, but they snap back to the echo of his armor. He still hasn’t accepted what’s happened
