Cybertronian jack and any variation thereof is a favorite of mine as well even though it's quite the rarity so i'm just letting you know that you have a fan cheering you on! (Those within Fate's Constellation are usually seen as a bad omen as they tend to appear around tragedy or calamity. It is serendipitous that Comet's abilities were eerily reminiscent of those typically associated with the First -although on a much smaller scale. Was this a scare tactic, or was this foreshadowing? A bit of both? Who's to say?)
Thank you, that's very kind! Those AUs were always some of my favorite ones to read too, which is why I wanted to take a shot at it myself and explore it in a way I hadn't seen done before.
And yes, the star on his helm is a signal for others- one of a few he's not aware of as no one's taken the proper time to explain it all to him yet; Team Prime was hoping it was one of the 'you did a significant act and things are done now' scenario instead of the 'this is a sign of things to come and you'll need this' reality things are turning out to be.

When not hiding as a human or invisible, this is what Jack looks like. He’s still lanky, he lacks a proper alt-mode, but he retains a lot of the same hiding capabilities that were integrated into Comet; through some rather impressive mass displacement and light bending, he’s able to appear almost normal. Almost.
He has a huge scar from when he was forcibly cut out and removed from the crushed and broken remains of Comet after the events at Vector Sigma. It hurt. A lot.
The outline is to show how things look/fit in the future once he actually gets his alt. Still coming up with a design for the wings, although I do know I want them to detach and form a shield.

I love how in tfp there’s that one scene where Jack’s bully was busy roasting Arcee and goes, “it’s not even that pretty.” And Arcee gets so offended and as she should, because I’m 90% sure she’s been on the cover of Cybertronian vogue magazines and is now debating if killing a middle schooler is worth the lecture from Optimus
