Last night I got to perform for my family and friends and old work colleagues and on a stage I used to watch while selling programmes and ice creams. I worked at the Playhouse and Yours Clothing. I was up and down to London auditioning. I was broke, exhausted, and a new graduate. Now let's be real I'm still broke and exhausted (student debt vibes) but I'm also incredibly blessed and thriving. I thank God because should it all end tomorrow, I feel proud and blessed that a baby girl did the dang thing! P.s. NEVER let anyone shame you for your joy, self love and hustle.
