I went to the Pure Elite Championships at Margate this weekend. These 2 guys were the oldest at 49 and 52 years old. All competitors were and are a total inspiration especially these 2 who support my mantra that you are NEVER too old. The stories I heard about these people really opened my eyes. One guy lost 45kg through structured eating and training ! Meals all@prepped for the day. Everything is measured and entered into MyFitnessPal so I know I am on target from the start. I am under by about 900 calories with my 1890 calorie target for the day so there is room for movement if offered a cup of tea and a biscuit by a customer...although sometimes, like everyone else, I do beat myself up if I slip.
