Meals all@prepped for the day. Everything is measured and entered into MyFitnessPal so I know I am on target from the start. I am under by about 900 calories with my 1890 calorie target for the day so there is room for movement if offered a cup of tea and a biscuit by a customer...although sometimes, like everyone else, I do beat myself up if I slip.
