May 18: “She quietly expected great things to happen to her, and no doubt that’s one of the reasons why they did.” - Zelda Fitzgerald . #lesson18 is a sort of continuation from yesterday’s post because I couldn’t fit all I wanted in that space. . I find peace in a belief in something bigger than me. I’m sure you’ve had an instance where something happens earlier in the day or you see someone you wish you could talk to or meet and all of a sudden a spur of the moment change happens and in that exact moment you experience what you had hoped for or a light goes off in your head as to why all that happened. That’s a complete circle and connection. Or maybe you wake up completely unable to form the correct words you want to say, but go home and start to write out what you’re feeling and the words just seem to flow. Timing is everything in so many instances, so trust the weird happy accidents happening today, be grateful and even try to create that moment for others. Just telling you to trust the moment isn’t going to fix your anxiety or nervousness, I know, but creating a habit of saying “this will be okay” to yourself, in your heart, in your head or out loud can make a huge impact. Especially when you start to believe it.
