Day 9 - Favorite Side Couple

Alright, four couples, in no particular order:

1) PikRome from Puppy Honey

They were the side couple, the characters written based on OffGun’s real life personalities, and they ended up stealing the show. I’m fairly certain that Senior Secret Love only got a season 2 thanks to them alone.

Their kisses may have sucked, but it’s okay, because they got the chemistry right and it’s no surprise that, after this show, OffGun evolved into one of GMMTV’s most favorite BL couples and also, to this date, the longest lasting one.

2) PremWad from SOTUS

Okay, so they weren’t really really officially a canon couple. BUT, they had chemistry off the roof! It’s a shame that the storyline never fully went there. And even more of a shame that Fluke wasn’t a GMM actor but hired for that one series only. Honestly, if he had had a permanent contract with GMM, I am 100% convinced that they’d have milked GunsmileFluke till the end of days.

This here is what we could have gotten, guys... It’s apparently from some fanmeet event.

3) RamKing from My Engineer

Right, so... technically they were the side couple, while BohnDuen were the main, but let’s be real. We all shipped those two the hardest, didn’t we? I’m not sure if they really count as a side couple though, because they’re the main couple in their own novel, and My Engineer the series is a mash up of both the BohnDuen and the RamKing novels. Anyway, I say they count. Let’s hope they won’t be ruined in season 2!ag

4) WinTeam from Until We Meet Again

K, the WinTeam relationship is not perfect. I hate that the series focused mostly on Win fat-shaming Team for eating too much, while parallel-advertising potato chips, instead of on what makes them like each other. We better get more on that on Between Us. But, in any case, their chemistry, despite the crappy script, is really beautiful. And hot. Very, very hot.

Prompt from Gen_be_red: I wanted to request a double-date prompt for Sotus, it would be cute to see a double date between KongArthit and PremWad. Also, would be funny to see how differently the couples treat other.
