dear people of the internet, as i am about to board a plane from barcelona to vienna, i would like to show this to you. it is the music video for my friend Phia's song "Begin Again", which i made from many many clips of found footage by many many unknown families, as well as a shot of the sea i filmed a couple of years ago in this city dear to me at which airport i now sit. i did shed a few tears while going through the footage, seeing so many faces laughing and legs dancing and people kissing and hugging each other, presenting their newborn babies to the camera, not knowing they would one day end up in an archive under a number instead of a name. put your headphones on, put this in full screen mode and take four minutes out of your day to watch it. and buy Phia's freshly released album “The Ocean Of Everything” if you need a bit more light in your life this autumn and winter.
