You should do some headcanons about Lizzy ! Anything you wanna like would do sheâs just such an interesting character :)
Sen: New chapterâs been released and STILL NO ELIZABETH. It is officially 666 days since Lizzyâs been gone. @how-long-has-lizzie-been-gone. My deepest apologies.
While she was engaged to Ciel, she always found it easiest to talk to Astre. Ciel always talked about his own brother, rather than himself, so Elizabeth found herself knowing more about her younger cousin. When the two werenât watching Cielâs fencing lessons, theyâd run up to the study where Vincent was and read together. It was always Astre that let her ramble on and on about whatever she wanted.
Growing up, sheâd always ask Edward to tie her hair for her. Her signature twintails stuck with her because Edward said that her hair resembled âthe cutest little bunnyâ, as best as a nine year old could put it. So when Edward finally started attending Weston, she started doing her hair herself, all so her big brother could be proud of her independence when he came home for the holidays.
Under the âwatchful eyeâ of Soma (and Agni), Elizabeth loves to learn how to make foreign sweets - with Edward and Astre as her lovely test subjects taste testers. Perhaps her own passion for cooking stems from her fatherâs own skill, her most reliable critic who wonât shower her with compliments to appease her feelings. Her pride and joy, which has the official Soma Stamp of Approval, is her badam halwa, which she makes whenever Soma feels homesick during holidays.
Not only did Elizabeth have a hand in the promotion of Funtomâs perfume, but Astre often asks for her assistance in other business ventures as well. Elizabeth can be quite harsh with her criticism, giving Astre a sound-talking to whenever she sees flaws in his business decisions. While he may be sufficient in calculations, enough to build a toy empire, he needs Elizabethâs compassion and heart to truly understand what the people want.
Being the Wife of the Queenâs Watchdog, isnât what she sees her purpose as. Of course, it may be what she declares, but all she really wishes is to be âthe Wife of Cielâ, the one she loves. Of course, she knows that in her position, it may be all that sheâll be seen as, or possibly âthe Sister of the (eventual) Head of the British Knightsâ - but both are dreadfully long winded titles. Rather, Elizabeth Phantomhive. That name rings joyous bells to her. Reminding her that sheâs still herself, despite her duties.
Sheâs been curious as to the freedoms that Nina describes in daily clothing. A free attire shouldnât equate to indecency, should it? Sheâs always adored Ninaâs trail-blazing fashions but didnât see why it was necessary to create such an outburst over it.Â
Speaking of fashion, Elizabeth once wanted to work at Ninaâs tailors. Despite her motherâs wishes, Elizabeth sometimes spends a day watching Nina work, trying to understand the complexities of fabrics. Her own reasoning was so that sheâd be able to make clothes for her children when she eventually had them but⌠Elizabeth gets the feeling that telling Nina will only make her take over every little outfit she gets to work on.
Learning from the finest governesses and the encouragement of her father, Elizabeth is a skilled violist. While Alexis, Edward and Astre are all violinists⌠she ends up in high demand. Edward and Astre bicker relentlessly and passionately over who sheâll play with next. They both claim to know her playing style far better in a clash of Classical versus Romantic.
She practices most with her father since he doesnât really have any complaints as to performing her own compositions with her.
