A pattern I noticed with the current encore levels

the first half is an inversion of a layer

Ex: Limbo is a fake paradise, a scenic charade, using screens and audio players to try and seem like a grassy paradise. Encore Limbo shows us what it all looks like underneath, a gray and desolate wasteland

the second half is an exaggeration of a layer, pushing it's themes to the extreme

Ex: the prelude is an Industrial facility with several moving machinery emitting constant heat Encore prelude pushes that to the extreme, It is so hot, that not even V1 can handle being in it for extended periods of time, and has to resort to cooling down in order to go again.

So this is what I think 5-E will be like.

The first half will be a dried up ocean. Several pipes connecting wrath to the lust layer are visible (With one you can enter inside). On the ground you can see sunken ships and the flipped ship of the ferryman on the ground. Cave entrances that lead to the ruins seen in 5-1 can be seen. Wooden shacks are either on the ground, or high up supported by wooden beams.

In order to flood the place again, you need to do the opposite of what you need to do in order to beat the challenge of 5-1.

After doing that, Water starts bursting open from the pipes, filling the Valley back up with Water. V1 goes through a pipe and is carried by the rushing water back to the outside. The entire place is now in a gigantic storm, rain starts pouring down, lightning strikes almost every second, and the ocean rages. It's WRATHfull, one might say.

13 tells the fam in a big emotional speech in the new years special, a monolgue almost identical to the one Ryan tells his dad he Should be telling him as an apology for everything he (didn’t) do.

Like, thematic threads of it being from one new years special to the next (assuming they don’t air it on christmas anyway), but also her acknowledging her own lousy behaviour, which was in part like the things she judged Aaron for in Resolution, which also acknowledges the dad space they put 13 in for Ryan.
