Enough is enough. This is the second time this year where we have had two black men murdered in cold blood within a few hours each of other. This recent one is in my own back yard. We matter, all lives matter but when you try to silence us by saying that phrase you are just adding more fire to the flame. We just want to be heard, we have our rights just like everyone else. It's crazy how football players take a knee and everyone wants to riot and call them un-American but this is exactly they are protesting for, we are racial profiled by the color of our skin that God created us with. Black people take a bullet and everyone is quiet...where is that logic ?! It's truly heartbreaking that we live in this country as Americans and we are the only ones who constantly have to remind our loved ones we love them because when we walk out that door to go where we are going that day, we may not make it home to see them just because of the color of our skin. We matter, stop killing us. My heart is heavy tonight. ππ½βπ½ππΎβπΎππΏβπΏπ―πΌπΏπΌπΎπΌπ½ #blacklivesmatter #prayersforCharlotte #wematter #handsupdontshoot #enoughisenough #policebrutality #nojusticenopeace #charlottenc #stopkillingus #weareone #equals (at Charlotte, North Carolina)
