WEIGHTLOSS: Ok a couple things here... I'm sharing because sharing is caring. I've posted this several times before but here's how I started. Pushing almost 300lbs (I was still cute tho, lol) and being on high-blood pressure meds was no joke and I was also pre-diabetic. I knew I had to do something—my Dr. and nutritionist came up with this short list (please read in it’s entirety). I followed this verbatim and I can tell you IT WORKS! You have to be consistent and if it isn’t on the list don’t eat or drink it. Alcohol is NOT on the list, sorry. I started working out 3 times a week. I think it's super important to be seen without my makeup! One thing about Sherika Shawan Prince y'all should know: she's gonna SNATCH her face. Lol But I can also go without my makeup because I have amazing SKINCARE. I know men say that they prefer NO MAKEUP and I never do what they prefer anyway (I do the opposite) just know I don't need it boo and that I love it! At the tender age of 40, I'm using cleansers, serums, moisturizers and eye creams, a steam machine and an electrical pore cleaner! It really does take a village!
