Dua on a blessed Friday. It is Jummah today, the most blessed day of the week, when duas are likely to be accepted. It is an opportunity given by Allah to let my heart release its sorrows and worries and fly to my Lord. It is a much needed day of hope. Ya Allah, You who knows every little sadness hidden on the depths of my heart, bring me Your Sakeenah. Bring it to the Ummah who is suffering a lot these days. Bring it to my fellow sisters and fellow revert sisters. I have sisters who are alone, who lost are are scared to loose their families and everything they have. Ya Allah ease them and send them Your beautiful blessings. I have sisters who are victims of injustice, violence, harassment, blackmail, defamation, grand them a way out of this and replace this situation with a great and durable, stable tranquility. You are the only one who knows our struggles, and most of my sisters suffer in silence, don't have any one else but You to confess their grief, and You are the listener. Ya Allah, grant us ease in this life and the hereafter, tranquility and dignity. Whatever we are going through, give us the best end possible. #prayerchallenge - If I can be honest with you, Relationships can be quite hard to deal with and honestly speaking, it is so easy to get carried away with the day’s activities than to take a moment to pray for somebody I hardly know. Don’t get me wrong, I adore the people in my life. I think they are awesome! They are filled with so much grace and wisdom. They’re such a blessing to me! But isn’t it ironic that when we don’t pray for people in our lives, we get stressed out about the way we are treated by that one person or those groups of people? That’s when we experience rejection, the pressure mounts up, that one person makes our lives miserable, we get stressed out and hung up on misunderstandings.
