I’m not even going to mind my wording, grammar, and flow of what i’m writing. I just type what i think i remember, and post to remember.

Ingredients: (roughly)

Olive oil

A bag of prawns

6 tbs of butter (OR MORE)

chilli flakes (optional)

1 medium onion chopped

1 medium garlic chopped

half a cube of prawn seasoning

2 tbs sweet soy sauce 

oyster soy sauce (add after sweet soy to balance)

pepper

~COOKING TIME~

Place pan on high heat

Grease pan with a bit of olive oil then place the butter. Wait for the butter to bubble. 

Onion then garlic. wait for the garlic to turn brown or when you can smell how strong they combination are together. Smells really good.

Place the prawns and mix mix mix, then let it settle for a bit (don’t mix it that much beCAUSE HOW WILL IT COOK?)

Put pepper and chilli flakes. Basically the amount of intensity you want (I like mine INTENSE) then add the cube of prawn seasoning.

Mix some more, and when you THINK it’s cooked (prawns are slightly pink) add the sweet soy sauce. 

Taste it, if you think it’s too sweet add some oyster sauce to balance it out.

Cook for a few more minutes, the sauce would have been gone but while you continue mixing it would make the prawns more flavourful (think stir-fry).

Serve and devour.
