I really got up for that 7am practice. Proud of myself 😊

Ghislain made it here! Thank goodness Yuzu doesn't have to sit alone again!

No 4A attempts today, good for my nerves.

Yuzu landed some beautiful combos! I am always amazed how effortless the jumps look and that there is basically no preparation going into the jumps. 😍 The thing that really was not so good in the practice is that Yuzu has trouble with his 4Lz. He popped a lot of them and didn't make the rotation. 😞(3Lz is working fine though.) What I really like about Yuzu's practices is that you can kinda see what he is thinking. He is always gesturing and looking at the marks on the ice and than readjusting his jumps. (For a full practice jump report you can better look at Rockerskating's Twitter) Yuzu already got a little birthday singing but ppl really didn't know if they should sing or not 😅.

I hope that Yuzu can have a satisfying performance to be happy with it on his birthday! Pls FS gods give him a happy FS! 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 Go Yuzu! ❤️

Nathan is really scarily secure in what he does. 5 quads landed in the run-through and without trouble😳 The only jump that needs a bit more effort is the 4S. Not his favorite. But still a very good practice for Nathan.

Kevin got a lot of applause for his run-through. He looks good in practice.

Wasn't paying attention to the Russian guys at all 😅

Report: Cowboys’ WR Amari Cooper Expected to Practice Friday

Weather cool, cloudy and overcast, but dry. Roads closed on time at 17.00hrs. Session start was delayed due to insufficient marshals at some locations to meet required minimum manning levels. It seems that some marshals and medics who were signed on for this session were unavoidably late arriving on the Island, because of late running of the Steam Packet vessel Mannanan, which was a knock on effect of a medical emergency on board the Mannanan earlier in the day.

After a short delay, the Clerk of the Course announced that there would be no open practice session, but the newcomers single speed controlled lap would go ahead as planned. This was completed and the roads were opened soon afterward.

As far as I know, there were no incidents, but I will update this post if I receive any information to the contrary.
